Our preferred format for artwork is CDR formats from Corel Draw 10.0 (or earlier).
We can also accept EPS formats from Adobe PhotoShop 4.0 or TIFF formats. Any other format will require the rebuilding of your art, which would add additional art charges to your order.
Each file should contain (a) black and white version, (b) color version (spot color conversion from cmyk if necessary), (c) type fonts (converted to paths or outlines), and (d) a hard copy of the art in color.
All bitmap images will require an art charge.
Black and white camera-ready artwork is also acceptable (logo, graphic, and type included: see below for definition of camera ready artwork).
Artwork provided to us in an acceptable format (as out-lined above) will help expedite your order.
Camera-ready art standards:
The following criteria qualifies as camera-ready art:
(1) Electronic files in the formats listed under “acceptable artwork” (above).
(2) Sharp, black and white art produced on glossy photographic paper. All graphics and typesetting included.
(3) NOT considered camera-ready: FAX transmissions; photocopies; bluebook cuts; metallic labels; decals; patches; business cards; letterhead; and laser-printed art of less than 600 dots per inch.
Artist time and charges will be required to make this artwork usable.
Final art approval:
A FAX LAYOUT OF YOUR ARTWORK WILL BE FAXED FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO ORDER FULFILLMENT.
The 2-4 week production lead time starts after we receive your signed fax approval in our office.
In the event a pre-production proof is requested, the 2-4 week production lead time starts after we receive a fax or e-mail telling us to proceed with the order.
Art Charge:
If camera-ready artwork is not supplied there is a $25.00 per hour charge with a $25.00 minimum.

Identification:
Some logos may need adaptation to reproduce well on the sandstone Beverage Buddies coasters.
Reverse out letters, small fonts, and small details are the most common adaptations required.
